While it’s true, many autumn activities and attractions are generally geared towards kids, why should they have all the fun? We’re lucky enough to have several local farms that go all out with fall festivities for all ages, from hayrides to corn mazes to to farm animal races and shows.

While many of the activities are geared for kids, there’s plenty of appeal for adults, too. In addition to free admission for grown-ups, there’s a hay maze, nature trail, and lots more! Steele’s Fall Festival (Angie)

October 7-29

Highlights include a tractor-drawn hayride, rock wall, duck and pig races, human foosball, hamster race track, Tarzan ropes, a corn maze, and more. Food and drinks will be for sale at the concession stand, and there are picnic tables all over the farm, as well as under the country pavilion, located behind their gift shop. Cajun Country Corn Maze (Pine Grove)

They offer different packages at different prices points, which allow varying access to their many attractions, which include  the corn maze, pig races, animal petting area, chicken show, jumping pillow, and more. Also, every Saturday night in October, they will have their haunted trail, haunted pallet maze, and live zombie shoot. Non-haunted hours are Friday 5 – 9pm; Saturday 9am – 9pm; Sunday 11am – 6pm.
